Second - Check The InventoryHaving determined what your price range is, I can advise you of available properties within your price range. At our first meeting we can review the multiple listing information for all of the qualifying properties. At this time you can decide which properties are desirable to you. Third - Make A SelectionOnce your price and location have been determined, we are ready to preview properties that meet your needs. When you find the home that is right for you, we will then write a purchase offer. I will explain each additional step throughout the buying process to assure a pleasant experience.
